In a few days, we are going to celebrate Deepawali. Deepawali, in India, is not just a festival, it is a celebration of life, happiness and prosperity. We eagerly wait for this festival the entire year. Last year Covid spoiled the fun of Deepawali and many other festivals. But that was needed as safety comes first.
This year when India has achieved a major milestone in its battle against Covid-19 as cumulative vaccinations in the country have crossed the 100 crore mark , we are a little relieved from the fear of getting infected. We are all set to celebrate the festival with our friends and family with zest.
While celebrating Diwali , we must also think about the people who’ve lost their jobs and livelihood due to covid. We must do whatever we can to make their Diwali bright. Let’s all think to help such people. Distribute sweets, clothes and crackers to the needy children and people. The true happiness comes when we make someone happy and bring a smile on one’s face. This Diwali let’s make all happy.
Dear children, during Diwali celebration, don’t forget about your upcoming examination. Many of you get impatient when you hear the word ‘exam’. But exams have an important role in the process of learning and a great way to assess the student’s learning. This corona time has given us the opportunity to learn under every circumstance. We need to be aware that at each stage of life, every exam, of each grade is important and it is a continuous process that a child has to go through in his/her student life. The roots of education are bitter but the fruit is sweet. A tree is nothing without its roots similarly, education is nothing without exams. Just make a plan to manage your study along with the festivities.
So get ready for the exam and have fun while celebrating the festival by keeping in mind to follow the five pillars of Covid management i.e. test, track, treat, vaccinate, and adhere to covid-19 protocols.
