Brain Drain In India
Brain Drain issues a vital threat before a country. Brain Drain implies the loss of a country in its share of skilled and genius people. These talented people migrate to other countries, which promise them better career prospects. Throughout the last few years, the matter of Brain Drain has been of a growing concern for India. Due to its inability to provide better working conditions to its citizens, India is being drained of its potential brain power. India is losing its considerable rightful share of Laborers, Workers, Artists, Doctors, Engineers, etc. because it does not have adequate job opportunities. The countries abroad act as magnets to skilled people, because they promise them a better life, and far better work offers.
For a developing country like India, brain drain is of vital concern.India keeps losing citizens who have the talent and potential to change the economic conditions in the country. Brain Drain is often a call for hope for the countries to which the people migrate. The countries receiving the migrating people benefit a lot from them. Political disturbances are yet another cause of brain drain. It also occurs as a result of poor living conditions. The reason behind the brain drain is that the foreign countries encourage over the import of the talented manpower. On the other hand, the owners inheriting such brains are happy to go out because of having a congenial work atmosphere and ethos. If we make the atmosphere healthier for some good work, I feel at least some of the brains may stay back in the country.
The areas of consideration which can be undertaken to resolve the problem of Brain Drain -
1) Young India - The ‘Young India’ actually wants to contribute to the progress of the nation but the issues crop up when there is a dearth of opportunities. The problem of brain drain can be solved by providing better working conditions. There can be various employment opportunities developed in the sectors of education, women empowerment, agriculture, handicrafts, etc where highly skilled youth can contribute to the development and also earn a decent income through their contribution.
2) Proper payment policy − The salary paid to an employee is one of the determining factors for the job satisfaction. The payment needs to be structured and proper monetary incentives should be paid whenever necessary. The salaries are one of the most important economic factors that lead to brain-drain as the employee finds the payment attractive in the other countries.
3) Taxation − There are a lot of reviews by economists who strongly believe that the taxation policy in India leaves much lesser scope for savings. Also, the allied issues remain in the dissatisfaction of taxes not being utilized to solve various issues in the country. Taxes thus, hamper the mindset of a person in two ways by pinching their pockets and with issues like corruption, red tapism, etc.
4) Placements in the country − More Indian companies in pharmaceuticals, electronics, ICT, etc should employ the recent graduate with lucrative packages, allowances, and decent working conditions. This helps in encouraging the youngsters to work in India itself and earn the benefit of their merit.
5) Work Culture − It is a known fact that most organizations in India do not work on strong principles and work culture. This leads to politics within an organization, communication gaps, absence of grievance redressal, etc leading to stress and anxiety in the employees. Many employees migrate to countries abroad with the expectation of a decent work atmosphere in lieu of staying with improper work culture. Thus, The only way to restrict brain drain is to better than living standards in the country itself. The unemployment rate should be alleviated, more number of jobs should be provided. More number of positions should be opened for hire. All the sectors in the country should be modernized; scientific and technological advancement should be in facilitation. This way, the potential talented people in the country will feel validated and wanted.

“Don't wait for the perfect moment ,take the moment and make it perfect”
Hello students! I want to share my views on “ Don't wait for the perfect moment ,take the moment and make it perfect.” As far as I am concerned, we should never wait for the perfect moment because Opportunity never knocks on the door again and again . Students you have also heard a famous proverb of Hindi “kal kare so aaj kar Aaj kare,Aaj kare so ab. Pal mein pralay Hoagi, Bahuri Karega kab”.So If you are always waiting for the perfect time to start something new ,you will never begin. Stop waiting for the perfect moment and start now because the reality is that the future is now. Now is all there is. That's it .There are no guarantees on the future so whatever we want to do we should do and take action immediately. Don't wait for the perfect moment.
Students you think you have excuses now why you can't do something ? Wait another 1,5 or 10 years! you will definitely have some more legit excuses then . We keep thinking that there is this “perfect time” in the future. We think that we will be in ideal health , our bank account will be just right, our schedule will miraculously open up or better yet, someone will hand pick us to move us forward and show us the precise path. If you think any of that is true, you are going to be waiting for a long time . You will never begin. .Here I would like to share some points How to move forward even if it doesn't feel like the perfect time which will help you to move ahead and catch the opportunity .
1-Letting Go of Fear And Self doubt - I won’t say that I have conquered fear and self doubt . Ah, how I wish I could say that. The thing is that those feelings don't just vanish. What does happen though is that your desire to achieve something, feel something or live bigger trumps, the scary feelings so much that you can move forward no matter what is in your way. When you look fearful and self - doubt in the eye and say you Won’t stop me, guess what? They won’t stop you. And they will start to lessen grip on you, the more you practice taking action.
“ I learn that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid ,but he who conquers that fear.”
---Nelson Mandela
Successful leaders are not without fear or self doubt. No ,they still have those feelings, but they learn how to move forward with them anyway.
2-Shift your Time And Energy - you have gotten super comfy with your excuses on why you can't do something. Now ,try shifting all of that as an excuse to take steps to walk towards what you want for yourself.
If you spend 60 hours a week at a job that you hate, try reducing your hours to 40 per week and take the surplus 20 to cultivate your new passion .if you spend 10 hours a week on a social media, take 5 (or more) of those are to scan you Tube for how - to videos on woodworking. Turn the TV off for 5 hours a week , and take a photography class.
3-Continue to Move Forward - This may hurt to hear, but If you’re not taking steps forward, you’re actually moving backwards The word moves at a pretty fast clip right now and if you close your eyes to all the advances, you’re going to fall behind.
I have a few friends who have parents that don't text or have email and of course, that means suffering on the internet is out of the question. While on one hand, that might sound super liberating but have tried researching plane fare or buying a plane ticket without the Internet? Not so easy.
Whether it's learning a new skill or hobby ,you want to keep pushing yourself forward. so Don't wait; the time will never be’ just right’. Start where you stand and work with whatever tools you may have at your command ,and better tools will be found as you go along.
4-Go Deeper - Making change on your own is hard .If it was easy, you would have done it by now!
That's why I offer one-on-one coaching to help you achieve your goals. Whether it is losing weight, changing your job, or your mindset I can co create a plan with you to get you off the couch and step into your dreams.
It can be helpful to have some structure around starting something new being held accountable for your actions can also lead to greater results.
So let me help you in IGNITE your goals so you can Break Up full of energy, happiness and fulfillment.
5-It is Never Too Late- So what action are you going to take today to move towards your passion ? Take one step, No matter how small. Then see how you feel? If it feels good and I am guessing it might , take another ,and another until you find yourself in a new situation that feeds your soul. you may laugh at the amount of resistance you held on to for so long that hid a wonderful. future . You may regret and wish you to look at the action earlier, but if you are moving forward, you’re already in the zone, and in the here and now.
At last in the conclusion I would like to say a that Excuses are lot but we should not make excuses every time and blame present situation That is why.I am suggesting , we should never wait for the Perfect time .we should go ahead and cope with the current situation and move forward .Because this is the best way and key to get success in our life.
